Every calculator on BakingCalc runs in your browser. The numbers you type are not sent to us.

What we remember

To save you retyping, each calculator stores your last inputs in your browser’s local storage (keys starting with bc:). It never leaves your device, and you can clear it here at any time.

The recipe converter

The “convert a cup recipe to grams” feature on the recipe scaler is the one exception: when you press the button, the text you pasted is sent to an AI model through Vercel AI Gateway to produce the conversion. It is not stored by us or linked to you. Don’t paste personal information into it.

Analytics

We use Ahrefs Web Analytics to count page views. It is cookieless and does not build profiles of individual visitors.

There are none. No sign-up, no email, no database of users.
